Prices, lodging, and practical information
The price includes festival ticket, 3 meals a day, and basic lodging. If you prefer a dormitory, private room, or other types of lodging, you can select this when booking for an additional fee. The festival ticket grants access to workshops and activities, group gatherings, evening programs, concerts, and sauna.
Booking
The prices on the booking page are all-inclusive (festival ticket, 3 meals per day, and lodging. 50% of the total amount is charged at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is paid at check-in.
Come alone, with a friend, as a couple, or with your family
The Mundekulla Festival is suitable whether you come alone, with a friend, as a couple, or with your family. Children and families are warmly welcome, and special activities for children are available during the festival.
There are reduced rates for children: Children aged 4–17 do not pay for a festival ticket and receive a discount on meals. Children aged 0–3 participate for free (without a separate bed). Children's rates are not affected by the Early Bird period.
Food and lodging
Three meals a day are included, including tea and coffee.
The base price applies to bringing your own tent, camper/van. You can choose a dormitory, a room, or other lodging options for an additional fee, subject to availability. Lodging options and current prices are listed below. Children pay a reduced rate – select the number of children and their ages on the booking page. 50% of the total amount is charged when booking. The remaining 50% is paid at check-in.

Volunteering at the Festival
As a volunteer, you become part of the team that creates the Mundekulla Festival together. You help with practical tasks during the festival while also having the opportunity to enjoy the festival experience.
The volunteer ticket costs SEK 2,400 and includes festival ticket, meals, and lodging in your own tent, camper, or sleeping alcove.
We ask you to contribute 20 hours of work during festival, approximately 4-5 hours per day. Some days there may be more work and some days less. Together with your part of the team, you will set the working schedule for the festival. Your tasks will consist of beautifying and cleaning the public areas and washing up the dishes after meals.
Please note that parents who come with children under 7 years old are not eligible for the volunteer deal.

Travel to Mundekulla
Mundekulla is located approximately 10 km from Emmaboda in Småland. You can travel to Emmaboda by train, and the taxi ride from there takes about 10 minutes. There are direct trains from Copenhagen Airport to Emmaboda, taking around three hours.
If you are arriving by car, search for “Mundekulla Retreat Center” in your GPS or Google Maps.

Practical information

We serve fresh, nutritious vegetarian and vegan meals. The dishes follow the seasons, and many ingredients come straight from our own permaculture garden. Lactose- and gluten-free options are available — please let us know when booking if you'd like this or if you have any other allergies.

All participants must register at the reception upon arrival and pay the remaining Festival fee.

Bring your own sheets and towels or rent at Mundekulla for SEK 200/set at check in.

Participants clean their rooms after the Festival, or buy this service at reception for SEK 350 (per room). For room cleaning not carried out, a fee of SEK 500 will be invoiced.

It is not allowed to use candles in the rooms.

Pets are welcome at to stay on the property; however, they are not allowed in public spaces where festival activities take place. If you are staying in a tent or your own camper, your pets can stay with you free of charge. For room bookings, please inform us in advance so we can allocate the most suitable accommodation for you. A deep cleaning fee of 500 SEK will apply for pets staying in rooms.

It can be nice to bring clothes for nature walks.

Mundekulla is an alcohol- and drug-free center. We ask all to respect this. No alcohol or drugs will be served or allowed on the premises, nor to be under influence of any of these substances. If you are found under influence, we will ask you to leave the festival and property immediately.

Participation in first 48 hours of festival including all workshops and activities including concert, sauna, bonfire. You will be able to prolong your participation in the festival during your first two days in Mundekulla

ONE DAY OF MUNDEKULLA MUSIC FESTIVAL TICKET
Participation in the festival for one day (any 24 hours) including all workshops and activities including concert, sauna, bonfire during this day. You will be able to prolong your participation in the festival when in Mundekulla

Three meals per full day including tea and coffee. Stay in your tent or in van (no other lodging options are available for this type of ticket).
