Artists & Workshop Leaders

We expect around 25 movement musicians, dancers, artists, yoga teachers, and creative souls to come together and share their unique gifts at the 2026 Mundekulla Music Festival.

Jenny Wessel, our Master of Ceremony, is currently curating the full lineup of workshop leaders and artists, which we expect to be ready by mid-spring. As always, the 2026 festival will feature both familiar faces from past years and many inspiring new facilitators to continue to blossom into a soulful celebration of music, expression, and togetherness. While honoring traditions like morning gatherings, evening concerts, and children’s workshops, we’ve added even more opportunities for singing, dancing, playing, and creating music side by side.

Once the entire Line-up is confirmed, you'll find your Artists & Workshop Leaders below!

MAGNUS BENGTSSON
CIRCUS SCHOOL (FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE)

Magnus Bengtsson is one of the Festival's great heroes and great inspirers, who offers Circus School for children, young people ... and adults!

While all adults indulge in general wisdom and developing activities, Magnus offers something called play, acrobatics, standing on hands, juggling and other fun, that most adults have completely lost along the way.

In addition, there will be a final show on Sunday for all ages (young and old...) This is definitely one of the highlights of the festival, at least if the kids get to choose!

MONA HUOVINEN

IMPROVISATIONAL THEATRE

Mona Huovinen has performed in theater for many years in various independent groups, but in recent years has devoted herself to improvisational theatre for both adults and children. Both to play but also to lead groups.

Improvisational theater allows us to be prestigeless and invites us to be exactly who we want to be. There is nothing wrong! We heal by laughing, freeing ourselves and daring to trust our intuition. Allowing us to go on impulse. Together, we can create magic by bringing out the playful in our hearts.

ANN-HELEN FRANKSSON RUNDQVIST

ART, CREATIVITY AND CREATION

Welcome to a workshop with Art, Creativity and Creation. Have fun with color, shape, play and litter. Build, construct, imagine, tape and transform together... and we'll see what happens!!! Workshop for children, young people and adults are also welcome.

I come from the village next door and have been sneaking around here in the woods as a child. For me, Mundekulla is a fantastic place. I live in Bergkvara and work at the Kalmar Art Museum as a creative art educator. With challenges for educators and children, preschool and school. Entrepreneur with workshops in "Dance breathe more now". Dance for health, liberating dance, and image and form. I have a small studio by the sea in Bergkvara. My motto is let go of control, dare chaos, breathe, play and find your way back... How wonderful to be able to create together!

Sam and Emmily-e.jpg

SAM & EMMILY LJUNG, FOX VERSION X

FOX DANCE WORKSHOP

Sam is an experienced dance instructor with leadership training in fox and bug, and has held courses and workshops for many years. Emelie has been teaching  with Sam for the past year and is a safe, committed part of the instructor team. Together they create an inspiring environment.

Both Sam and Emelie are diligent social dancers. Their heart is on the dance floor – and it shows in their teaching. All courses and workshops are designed with a focus on ensuring that the knowledge is relevant, useful and alive right there: on the dance floor.

Their passion is to spread the joy of dancing to as many people as possible. They do not strive to form perfect dancers, but instead want to inspire more people to discover the magic of social dance. They encourage people to dare to dance with creativity and feeling – to let go of the performance and focus on the experience, the interaction and the music.

LUCAS SCHEFFOLD & HELLE ANDERSEN

POLSKOR I STILLHET

Experience meditative polskas infused with improvisation on electric bass and guitar.

Lucas and Helle have a long history of performing Scandinavian folk music in their own rather unconventional style, characterized by an equally unconventional sound on guitar and electric bass.

Taking it a step further, they have selected truly tranquil polskas where the traditional dance is no longer the main focus. Instead, the music invites relaxation and inner exploration, offering a serene journey through sound.

Lucas is also the Festival's sound engineer.

EVA CEDERBLAD AND MARCUS ALBINSSON

CONCERT

Marcus and Eva give a joint concert, where their voices and songs meet in a warm and lively interplay.

"When we create together, a space opens up where the heart can lead and presence can carry," Marcus describes the collaboration.

"When I met Marcus, I immediately felt that our voices danced the same dance. So nice to co-create in warm friendship," Eva says.

Marcus’ and Eva’s songs move in a quiet, thoughtful landscape where music and emotion are woven together with the rhythm of nature. The tones are soft and open, often built around melodies that are given space to breathe, which creates a calm, meditative atmosphere. The lyrics carry a warm presence, while the arrangements reinforce the feeling of space and reverberation. Together, their music forms a peaceful whole that invites the listener to slow down and listen inward. You are invited to sing along or just rest in the tones – come as you are.

MARCUS ALBINSSON

HEART CEREMONY

Marcus is a musician and artist with roots in ceremonial music, sound journeys and heart-based singing. His creations move between music and inner practice, where influences from different spiritual traditions are woven together into a grounded and contemporary expression.

For several years, Marcus has toured around Sweden and appeared at festivals nationally and internationally. In 2025, his music gained greater impact when his heart-opening music and nature-inspired videos reached a wide audience worldwide.

From a deep inner experience, his gratitude ceremony was born – a heart-based experience where music, stillness and presence merge. The ceremony has touched people around the country and has become a place where thousands of participants have expressed and manifested their gratitude through his grandmother's ceremonial bowl. Now the Mundekulla Festival can also take part in this experience.

DJ Ayola will take you on a deep, embodied journey into the land of soma – where rhythm becomes breath and melody becomes movement. With her unique blend of soulful beats and intuitive presence, she creates a space where you can drop into your body, release, and remember that dance is your birthright.

Her sets invite both stillness and wild expression – a space to connect with yourself and those around you. Everyone can move, so everyone can dance. Together, we'll build bridges through sound, breath, and shared rhythm. Come as you are and let the music guide you – into joy, into presence, into connection. This is not just a dance floor – it's a collective heartbeat, and you're invited.
