Embodiment Festival
1-5 July 2026

A festival at Mundekulla, Southern Sweden — celebrating movement, play, curiosity, and the wisdom of the body and what we can discover and learn through the body’s signals, abilities, and its interplay with the mind.

Join us for four days devoted to exploring how we move, connect, create, rest, and learn. Through dance, yoga, acrobatics, somatic practices, music, and mindful attention, we discover what embodiment can offer in everyday life — with joy, openness, and a sense of shared adventure. It’s an invitation to come as you are and explore what becomes possible when the body leads the way.

Throughout the festival you can take part in classes, workshops, and experiences such as:

Yoga / Somatic Awareness /  Breathwork / Mindfulness /Qigong / AcroYoga /Movement Improvisation and Exploration / Massage / Dance  /Forest Bathing / Drumming / Handstands / Sound-based practices /Creative Expression

No previous experience is needed. You simply join with the body you have today.

For whom is this Festival?

For anyone who enjoys…

• Moving, playing and discovering new things
• Spending time with inspiring people in nature
• Creative expression and meaningful conversations
• Trying different forms of movement — from soft and slow to energetic and challenging
• Practical tools for body awareness, stress reduction and presence
• Exploring how the body, mind and emotions work together
• Being part of a friendly, curious community
• Celebrating summer, simplicity and togetherness

Come on your own or with friends, family, colleagues or your partner. The festival is designed to feel welcoming whether you're completely new to embodiment or you’ve attended before.

You choose your own pace — jump into many sessions or take spacious time for yourself.

Our intention is to create an atmosphere where everyone feels safe to explore at their own pace — without pressure, without needing to “know” anything in advance, and without expectations of transformation. Just genuine curiosity, shared experience and space for whatever emerges.

A festival that feels both playful and grounding, where the simplicity of being together — or exploring on your own — becomes part of the practice, offering moments of insight, learning and a truly memorable experience.
