All three communities, gather on a regular basis to practice mindfulness in order to take care of ourselves, nourish happiness and contribute to building a healthier and a more compassionate society. Please get in contact with us if you wish to receive more information regarding regular gatherings. This event is not for profit and completely organized by volunteers.
