Warmly Welcome to the 9th Nordic Acro Yoga Festival
AcroBhakti invites to AcroYoga Festival at wonderful Mundekulla eco-retreat center in the forest of southern Sweden. AcroYoga blends the wisdom of yoga, the dynamic power of acrobatics and the loving kindness of healing arts. These three lineages form the foundation of a practice that cultivates trust, playfulness and community. There will be workshops for both beginners and experienced. All are welcome. Come and share four days full of amazing festival atmosphere in beautiful surroundings !
"AcroYoga is a community based practice. We ignite our collective potential as we support each other to reach new heights. AcroYoga invites you to experience the full spectrum of your being through opportunities to: give and receive; to support and to be supported; to be strong and sensitive. It is a systematic approach designed to be accessible to every practitioner, and encourages personal transformation in an atmosphere of acceptance, celebration and safety."

Boris

Boris is a certified Yoga and AcroYoga teacher. He believes that sense of humor is a tool for inner development. With background in Kung Fu, Circus, Gymnastics and Dance his classes are entertaining and with a fresh feeling. All what we percieve as challenges turns into games when we feel protected in a safe environment. Transformation happens in each moment and he honors that process in each class giving the right amount of challenge balanced with playfulness. Everyone is welcome to join the journey.

Nina

Nina moves naturally between traditional yoga, modern free flowing vinyasa and explorative dance yoga. Her center of gravity is deeply rooted in the interconnectedness of acroyoga merging yoga, acrobatics and healing arts into oneness. With creativity, movement and spirituality as her guiding stars she turns the world upside down and inside out.
At an early age books, music and teachers of dance and theatre made a deep impact as they evoke the experience of our body, mind, soul connection in action. Yogic elements were brought into the space of art and improvisation. Deep relaxation, breath awareness and sun salutations were all present. And most of all a culture of acceptance, inclusivity and joy of movement.
