Eric is a student of legendary Nature Cure practitioner Kenneth S. Jaffrey. He has over 40 years of personal experience with a plant based diet and 35 years of experience with Fresh, Raw and Living Foods, natural lifestyle and natural healing methods. Eric has studied horticulture and natural therapies including massage, connective tissue massage, physiotherapy, hydrotherapy and more. Eric is teaching Self-Healing according to Nature Cure including Whole Fresh Food, edible wild plants, hydrotherapy, fasting, spinal exercise, the history of the Spa movement and Natural Healing (Nature Cure/ Naturopathy) and more. Eric mission is to make knowledge about health and self-healing available to anyone interested and to promote a lifestyle which is in harmony with nature and thus sustainable.

Peter Elmberg is running mundekulla Retreatcenter with his wife Anne Solveig. He performs everything from uplifting reggae music to peaceful songs and circledances (Mundekulla Peace Dances). He offer those dancens and Mundekullasongs on the rist evening of the Festival
In 1997 Peter moved to a small cottage in the woods close to Mundekulla and spent over one year in solitude. Today Peter has written more than 600 songs in different genres as and sold over 10.000 cds in charity aiding children and youth. he offers the yearly Together drugfree musicfestival in Mundekulla since 1999 that attracts approximately 300 people from Northern Europe. Due to Peters’ way of using music for peace he received a prize from IM (a Swedish charity organization) which made it possible to travel amongst Tibetan communities in India 2002, to meet the Dalai Lama.
Kevin James Carroll
Australian musician who weaves ancient mantras from various traditions with his own prayers and hearts songs. His uplifting music is an invitation to reconnect to the heart and co-create a positive vibration for the world. Kevin draws upon influences from traditional Indian Kirtan, Bhajans, Celtic and Sufi chants mixed with western folk sounds and world instruments.
“Within every song there is room for freedom. Where the different choruses can overlap and it’s my intention to lead the group to a point where there is no leader anymore. A space where everyone is guided by their own heart, where we are all singing as one voice. This leaves the participants feeling empowered and part of a unified whole, it gives us all a direct experience of the reality of who we are beyond our thinking mind." Kevin sings, plays guitar, bamboo Shakuhachi flute and harmonium.
Alexandra is leading the yoga classes on Friday morning. She is educated by Friskis & Svettis. It will be a gentle class to wake up the body in the morning. Everyone is welcome, also beginners. Alexandra is working as a nurse and is also a qualified biologist. She is a vegan since many years, her health focus is fruit and exercise.
Mona offers Astanga Yoga, she moved to Mundekulla and started a new life in lovely a few years ago and brought with her yoga that that inspirers her in all its forms.
